The ‘Dodie’ Academic Center

This building strives to synthesize the traditional architectural values associated with the University of South Carolina and the dynamic movement of athleticism. The building appeals to student-athletes and also the recruits evaluating the role South Carolina may play in their development as a student-athlete. Meeting RoomCrews Football Facility

In addition to the weight room, the Crews Building houses the team’s state-of-the-art meeting rooms, with large rooms for offense and defense as well as individual position group meeting rooms. The meeting area also houses the Gamecocks’ trophy case and program accolades. Click here for more


Player’s Lounge

The lounge features wireless internet access for student-athletes, large high-definition graphics promoting Gamecocks in the NFL, theater style reclining seats, five large flat panel high-definition televisions available for players to enjoy games of Playstation and Wii, and a pool table and video games also featured in the lounge. Weight RoomWeight Room

The University of South Carolina is dedicated to helping its student-athletes reach peak physical condition, allowing them to be at their best. Eight full-time strength and conditioning coaches are on staff at South Carolina and every athletic program is assigned one of those eight individuals. Training Room

The new multimillion dollar athletic training room at Williams-Brice Stadium includes: 7,000 square feet of co-educational treatment, rehabilitation and exam room space, an 1,800-square-foot hydrotherapy area consisting of state-of-the-art Hydroworx underwater treadmill system and hot and cold therapy plunge pools, multifunctional exercise space featuring the Biodex isokinetic testing and rehabilitation system, cardiovascular, strength training and functional rehabilitation equipment, eight taping stations and storage space, physicians office and examination rooms, and conference and educational meeting space. Indoor Practice Facility

Construction is underway on the new Football Indoor Practice Facility, which will be on the west end of Gamecock Park, and the addition of new practice fields adjacent to the practice facility.
